1. Corporate Review
In 2022, Honghui Integration not only exceeded the output value target set at the beginning of the year, but also realized the development model of the group as one body and two wings. The parent company of Honghui Group mainly focuses on providing professional clean room system integration solutions for high-tech enterprises; its subsidiaries include Hongxin Intelligent Manufacturing and Jiangsu Xinyouyuan New Energy.
Honghui Integration serves the four major industries of new energy, electronic semiconductors, biomedicine, and food and beverages. In the early days, Honghui Integration was developed by food and beverages. Now the new energy and electronic semiconductor industries are also well-known; superb technology coupled with the courage and innovation of Honghui people have gradually made Honghui Enterprise occupy a place in the field of clean room systems.



2. Direction of struggle
During the meeting, Mr. Chen proposed that Honghui, as a market-oriented enterprise, should be based on the market economy system and form a model of common development with state-owned enterprises. Although the clean room system engineering industry is an engineering industry, it is an indispensable and important link in the high-tech industry because of its high process index requirements and the guarantee and premise of ultra-precision, ultra-micro, high-quality and high-reliability technology. If you don't advance, you will retreat. In the period of rapid development, Honghui needs to break through itself, take big steps forward, seize the industry position in the field of clean room engineering, benchmark with domestic top enterprises, and become a benchmark enterprise in science and technology.
While the company is developing rapidly, it is also necessary to cultivate internal talents and give opportunities to outstanding young people, for those young people with strong combat capabilities but lack of experience. Honghui gives enough development space and trial and error costs to allow young engineers to grow up quickly and take up the responsibility; the shoulders of those born after 1995 and 2000 bear the hope and future of Honghui.



3. Development Plan
In 2022, Honghui Integrated established four business units, covering Chengdu, Ningbo, Changzhou, Hubei and other places. In 2023, more business units will continue to be established to truly realize the independent operation of business units in the form of branches.
In order to make the group management model more effective and standardized, the company introduced a third-party internal control management company in 2023. From the early system construction, mid-term training and testing to the later tracking and evaluation, the internal control management company will track and guide the whole process, go deep into the project department, and teach the company employees face to face; let Honghui continue to move towards a standardized enterprise.
4. Share the harvest
During the meeting, Financial Director Bai Wei shared with colleagues: Although the 23-year epidemic has passed, the impact of the epidemic for three years is still there, and there are still many uncertain factors affecting the survival of enterprises. Many companies larger than Honghui are also facing the risk of layoffs and bankruptcy. But Honghui has been working hard to break through its own limits. I hope colleagues will accumulate experience and improve themselves in their work, so that they can seize opportunities in the wind and rain and go with the wind.
Design Budget Chief Engineer Li shared: In daily work, learn to use the resources around you, and seek help from colleagues in time when you encounter problems that cannot be solved; do things with a goal, and after any work is arranged, not only follow up the progress but also reserve enough time for inspection and change.
Business Engineer Ren Zichao shared: Honghui is a loving big family with a good working atmosphere. People around are working hard. Many times, the enthusiasm of colleagues drives their own work enthusiasm, and while working happily, they also improve their technical capabilities.
