At the beginning of July, 68 fresh graduates joined Honghui Integration, and their joining made Honghui more vigorous. In order to welcome the arrival of all new colleagues, the company has launched a 5-day expansion training course to bring together new and old colleagues to jointly
start a new chapter of Honghui Integration!
Since June 27, graduates have started to rush to Kunshan. Some of them started from Hebei, some from Liaoning, and some from Sichuan. No matter where they started from or which college they came from, all of them arrived at Kunshan headquarters on the 29th to attend the "Welcome Party for Fresh Graduates".
At the welcome party, in addition to Honghui Integrated Chairman Chen Chao, General Manager Mao Bing, Human Resources and Administration Manager, and Design and Budget Manager Wang Ting, we were fortunate to invite Business Unit Project Manager Liu Xing and outstanding employee Li Yuqi to meet, share and communicate with everyone, and encourage new colleagues. At the same time, the Human Resources and Administration Department worked with the heads of various departments to conduct company management system training, safety training and department introductions for new colleagues.
During the training, the Human Resources and Administration Department took the lead in leading all new colleagues to visit Beijie Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., Hongxin Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Liyang Times Project Department. During the visit, Beijie Vice President Ma Chunmin, Hongxin Designer Ren Xiaojie and Business Department 2 Manager Wang Heng gave detailed explanations of their respective companies and project departments to the new colleagues, allowing everyone to fully understand the business landscape and business projects of Honghui Group and further deepen their understanding of Honghui!









The location of this expansion was chosen in Liyang Tianmiao Villa, a place with beautiful mountains and clear waters. Although the outdoor temperature reached 37℃, the enthusiasm of Honghui people was still high;
After arriving at the expansion base on the afternoon of the 1st, colleagues broke the ice, divided into groups, and established team culture under the leadership of the coach. Eight teams took turns to show their team style. In the process, through multiple team collaboration projects such as amoeba treasure hunting, water extraction in minefields, and wonderful writing, the participating colleagues realized the importance of cooperation, trust, and communication, and applied the knowledge learned in the expansion to work, thereby increasing work efficiency;
The last expansion project was a dynamic rope circle. Everyone held a part of the rope to form a circle and tightened it. Through the instructions of the coach, the two leaders successfully completed the rope walking and completed the feat of collectively shaking the circle a thousand times;
In the end, the pioneer team won the outstanding team among the eight teams;
In his concluding remarks, Chen Chao, Chairman of Honghui Group, said that Honghui people always make the impossible possible, just like a power rope loop. It seems impossible for two people to walk on it, but when everyone works together, they can make the impossible possible. Graduates joining the Honghui family have injected new vitality into Honghui, making the entire group look more dynamic and energetic. Finally, Chairman Chen sent a message to the new employees, hoping that the new colleagues will not give up when they encounter problems and setbacks at work, and Honghui will devote its strength to training everyone;
