The basic tasks of the trade union committee
A:
1. To preside over the daily work of grassroots trade unions.
2. To participate in the coordination of labor relations and mediation of labor disputes, establish a consultation system with the company's administrative aspects, and negotiate to resolve issues involving the vital interests of employees.
3. The trade union committee is the working body of the workers' congress, responsible for the daily work of the workers' congress, and inspect and supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the workers' congress.

5.
