2021 has passed, and 2022 is here as scheduled. In order to better complete the company's annual plan for 2022, Chairman Chen Chao made strategic deployment, and the Human Resources and Administration Department organized the 2021 annual performance report meeting of Honghui System Integration Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. The participants of this meeting are all middle and senior management and backbone forces of the company.
Outward Bound Training, Enhance Cohesion
In 2021, Honghui developed rapidly and absorbed a lot of fresh blood. Due to the particularity of the work, most of the work communication between colleagues is conducted online, lacking the frequency of face-to-face communication. In order to enhance the familiarity between colleagues and enhance team cohesion, we organized a one-day outward bound training before the performance report.

With the opening speech by the chairman and the coach, colleagues from different project departments and departments formed teams. This way of forming teams is to eliminate the unfamiliarity between colleagues and break down the barriers between departments.
After the ice-breaking and grouping, the development entered the competition phase of each team. During the process, the execution ability was tested - post station delivery, the communication and coordination ability was tested - breathing power and eyebrow stick, and the teamwork ability was tested - group dragons fetching water and joint force tangram. After each development project, the coach will review with the trainees. What problems occurred during the development process? How did the team solve these problems? What reflections can be obtained by pushing the experience of these development activities back to work?
After the coach raised these questions, the trainees all rushed to express their ideas. Some said: "Team members should communicate and share more"; some said: "Faced with market changes, strategies and arrangements should be adjusted in a timely manner"; some said: "Inter-departmental communication is very important"; and some said: "An excellent team not only needs communication skills but also strong task decomposition capabilities" and so on. These are wonderful and thought-provoking speeches.
Project visit, problems and corrections
In addition to the development of this job report activity, Mr. Chen also took the project leaders to visit the Haining Dongrou Project Department. During the visit, Mr. Chen pointed out: "As long as there are problems in the project management process, the project manager's feedback is not timely", "The on-site progress cannot meet the owner's commissioning progress", "There are still many small details in the on-site construction process that are not noticed and need to be improved", "The company's service tenet: service first, customer first" After the visit, Mr. Chen had an in-depth communication with the owner.
Mr. Ye also led the other project managers who visited to organize a review meeting. At the meeting, each project manager spoke in turn, showing the construction problems found on site and proposing corresponding solutions based on experience. After the end, the problems and solutions were summarized in the document and shared with other project departments.


Job report meeting, focusing on new issues
Purpose of job report:
1. Strengthen the responsibility and goal awareness of middle and senior management, encourage middle and senior management to continuously improve management behavior in actual work, promote continuous performance improvement of employees and departments, review the progress of problem solving during the previous job report period, and share experience and pass it on.
2. Deepen the company's original performance appraisal and qualification system, and continuously adjust job levels.
3. Strengthen the collaborative relationship between departments, so that each department and its managers form a community of responsibility and interests to achieve the overall goals of the company or superior department.
4. Regular job reports are to imagine the future, show the current situation, and also expose problems and find solutions to corresponding problems. Its purpose is not to give a score and a performance conclusion for the job report. Continuous performance improvement, qualification management, departmental collaboration, etc. are the fundamentals.

At the end of the report, Mr. Chen made a summary and proposal for the two-day report and expansion trip. He said: "The purpose of the report is to focus on the problem. Many people in Honghui now hide the problem and solve it quietly. This time, everyone will collect the problems, sort them out and merge them, and solve them together." With fewer problems, work efficiency will naturally improve.
The time for the report is limited, but the determination of Honghui people to solve problems is unlimited. As the saying goes, "The wind is strong and the tide is surging, so we should set sail and break the waves. The road ahead is long and arduous, and we need to spur our horses and whip them." I believe that under the leadership of Mr. Chen and all leaders, Honghui will move to a higher level with unity.
