I accidentally turned to a photo in the circle of friends. The protagonist of the photo is Jiao Tianao, Jiao Gong, from our company's project department. In the hot summer, staying in the air-conditioned project office, Jiao Gong's skin is visibly red, his forehead and cheeks are full of sweat, and his shirt is also soaked with sweat. At a glance, you can tell that this is just back to the office from the construction site. Such photos are not uncommon in the circle of friends, and such people are everywhere in Honghui projects!
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and a mountain begins with a tiny bit of dust. In Honghui's project department, there is also a trend to infer a project management engineer's familiarity and responsibility for the construction site by the number of steps taken on WeChat every day. 02 The Thirteenth Girls in the Finance Office

In August this year, the company made a major decision: share reform. The Finance Department began the share reform audit work, and the girls in the Finance Office started a crazy working mode. Our mode of showing off wealth is: see you on weekends, and make an appointment to see the streets and alleys after ten o'clock!
The archives room is full of busy girls, flipping through various archives and vouchers. I remember one Saturday morning, Miss Xu accidentally hit her head on the corner of the cabinet door while checking the information in the archives room. Her scalp was broken, and she pressed the wound with a tissue while recording the invoice information she turned out.
After two months of concerted efforts, a satisfactory report was submitted. Looking back on the days when the report tortured me thousands of times, I still treated it like my first love, and I have many feelings. 03 Honghui Corporate Culture

Every enterprise, no matter how big or small, has its own unique corporate culture. These cultures play a vital role in the development of enterprises. Since its establishment in 2011, Honghui has continued to grow and develop. Although I have only been employed for a month, I have a deep understanding of Honghui's corporate culture in this month.
Every day, I don't know when it starts, the sound of Manager Min and Manager Sun's phone calls echoes in the office. Each call takes several minutes, and it may take longer when encountering difficult customers. And I basically go home at seven or eight o'clock every day, sometimes even later. The sound of the keyboard and mouse originally created a tense working environment, and the sound of the two managers' calls brought me a deeper sense of tension, explaining to me what responsibility, dedication, and dedication are.
In addition to the two managers who made me deeply feel the positive corporate culture, there is also Engineer Li. The last person to leave the office on the second floor of the company must be Engineer Li. He does not rest on Saturdays and Sundays, and solves the problems encountered in the project with Sister Bai, Engineer Sun, and Engineer Wang. They gave up their rest days and worked hard so that the company could take over the project smoothly and do the project well, telling the owner that no matter how difficult the project is, Honghui can handle it calmly.

04 My first contact with the company since joining

It has been a month since joining the company. A few days after joining the company, I learned the company system and HVAC engineering knowledge in the company. As a member of the "engineering" army, I soon arrived at the construction site.
When in the company. Jia Xueyuan took me to the second floor with a smile, found a place, and arranged a dormitory for me; Chief Engineer Li gave me a drawing to familiarize me with the clean room system, helped me quickly familiarize myself with the clean room system, and helped me resolve my doubts. Then I heard Manager Min and Manager Sun, who were sitting in front of me, talking on the phone; they were fighting wits and courage with each other with passionate voices. In order to catch a ride, I had to accompany Wu Zhendong, Wang Haojun and others to work overtime until eight or nine in the evening.
A few days later, I was busy with the preliminary preparations with my friends on the construction site; calculating quantities, temporary settings, etc.
One night, I went back to the company to review the engineering quantity with General Manager Mao. The drawings changed a lot, and there were many details to pay attention to when calculating the engineering quantity. During the period, he patiently taught me a lot of practical knowledge, including CAD extraction of engineering quantity tips, calculation of fresh air volume, adjustment of static pressure, etc. I learned a lot. After the review, it was more than two o'clock in the morning. When I went back, General Manager Mao was still working, rigorous and conscientious. Such a leader makes me admire from the bottom of my heart! This is a role model for learning!
One day, the owner asked me to calculate the air supply volume and duct wind speed in the clean area. I checked some information online and reported it to the company because I was worried that I would make mistakes. Chief Engineer Li immediately called to inquire about the situation and gave a text version of some instructions on the owner's need to provide relevant information for calculating the design air volume, dynamic and static pressure balance, and duct wind speed. After the owner saw the densely packed text on two A4 papers, he was afraid of trouble and said he would give up the review. Afterwards, I orally described the process of reviewing the air supply volume in the clean area, which was recognized by the owner. Through this incident, I learned that as long as you have a strong professional level, you are not afraid of the owner's difficulties. This is the direction I keep working hard!

05 Diligent and hardworking

As the old saying goes; 'Before the troops move, the food and grass must go first'. This shows the importance of logistics. Today, we are going to talk about our safety officer Li Xingguo. When he first arrived at the project department, he felt everyone's enthusiasm and kindness. He was diligent and serious in his work, responsible for our meals, and silently provided delicious meals for everyone. Sometimes he even paid for it himself. In daily life, he never tires of telling me how to behave in the world. Whenever there are unsatisfactory things in life and work, he always comforts me, encourages me, takes care of me silently, and gives me little surprises from time to time. There is no airs, and he is approachable. He also helped a lot at work. He can always be seen on site sorting out construction tools and garbage, and managing site safety.
Ordinary people create extraordinary things. He has a strong sense of responsibility. He takes the interests of the company as the starting point and cares for his colleagues. Practicing the Honghui spirit.
